Hello, there, so it seems we are sort of a second mafia? Focusing on targeting special groups? I assume the red guys are the main mafia. We should try to contact them as we can work together to annihilate the village, but It's only a matter of time before they turn on us, I'm guessing.

Also, you should invite the host to the proboard as well. Both The Supercomputer and Edcrab, I guess. Does anyone know what the deal with The Supercomputer is?

I'm pretty sure The Supercomputer is Edcrab's alt, specifically kept around to help him stay on top of PMs in his Phalla. And Ed's already a member.

This is my first Phallakinetic but it certainly seems like it's more of a faction game than a straight up village/mafia scenario.
I'm curious about our conversion mechanic, it says it only works on a certain sub faction so I'm wondering if that means we target it at someone and then it only works if they happen to be of that faction? And if that person wasn't a valid target do we lose the conversion or can we try again?
Ed if you're reading this feel free to clarify!

The Conversion will only work on members of the Experiment sub-faction, yes. If it fails you will be informed that they don't meet that requirement, and there's nothing to stop you trying it on someone else the next night.

I'm pretty sure that if we attempt to convert someone who isn't experimental, then we just lose our conversion for that night, instead of getting to try again.
And the Phallakinetics do seem to be a faction game, with a lot of behind the scenes stuff going on. Certainly in the second one, it seemed like a good chunk of the game was decided by "Hey, I'm friends with this person outside of the Phalla. I'll just openly share my information with him and hope we can work towards a mutual win." And since I don't really have those kind of connections, I feel like that puts me at a bit of a disadvantage. Hope that either some of you have much better developed networks, or that we can stumble into the Exigents.

Gumpy is fishing for experiments in the thread, I wonder if that means he's an Exigent? It would make sense if they have the same conversion power we do.

Well, Gumpy looks like he could be a problem for us if we're planning on converting anyone. Either he can also convert experiments, or he has an interest in killing them off. Either way, I'm strongly considering pinning him tonight.
Well, I guess he could also be an experiment himself, looking for more of his brethren, our seer could look for that.
Edit: Or, per Bale, he could be an Exigent. I guess it's worth using our seer on him, Gumpy wouldn't be a bad contact to have considering what he's done in previous Phallakinetics.

Or, I could reach out to Gumpy if you want. If things don't go well, you guys can probably do a damn good job of keeping me safe.

Alright, my initial reaction was definitely harsh. Making a day 1 reveal doesn't seem like something Gumpy would do if he were part of an "elite task force," which makes it very unlikely he's directly opposed to us. Which means he's definitely worth talking to.

Yeah, if I get the go ahead from one other, I'll definitely do it. The reason I recommend myself is that, while 100% roleblocking is nice, it's not as cool as the rest of our abilities, and requires a lot more information/luck to get use out of it. I'm the most expendable at this point.
