Just a question, who are the regular people in this game. At this point, I'm assuming that they're Pinnacle Guild, but not members of Alpha or Beta team. Anyone have different information?

Aren't Alpha & Beta the total of the Guild? or maybe not...
Edit - or at least the total of The Guild in the game.

Alpha Team and Beta Team are small masoned groups in the larger village, which makes up the rest of the Guild.

Oh, hrm. Just noticed the Village win condition in the OP. I had mistakenly assumed we weren't working directly against the Village, just groups within the village. Whoops.

Yeah, we're clearly the secondary Mafia. (of course, we're good guys in the Fluff, as is probably the Exigent Organization. The Pinnacle Guild are bad dudes all the way).
I would expect the Exigent Organization to be made up of some of the hardest hitting players in the game, with only enhanced Experimentals to be able to stand against them one on one, but it's possible Ed's thrown a curveball regarding the fluff on this one.
Also, just a heads up - If you're being voted out remember that there are two things you need to do!
First, use your one-time ability to assasinate somebody!
Second, work in the thread to get us hooked up with the Exigent Organization. Joining the two mafias will mean greater survivability.

So our abilities will take effect as soon as edcrab gets them? Does this mean there will be posts throughout the day from edcrab showing deaths/abilities in real time or will there just be end/start of day narrations?

Also here is what I would suggest as far as individual orders for the day:
Marth - Use Mindscan on Infidel
Is Infidel on your team? No? Then you should kill him before he ruins everything. EXCEPT that it's possible he's either an Exigent or an Experimental this game, and thus it would be worth keeping him around. Let's find out what he is, and then either kill or convert him tomorrow.
Balefuego - Use Weaken on... Gumpy?!
I really don't see how letting him live gains us anything at this point. But why bother attacking him, let's just short-circuit any guarding he has going on and see what happens.
Extermatott/Ringo - Use Reversal and Greater Cure on FecklessRogue
He's giving me vibes. Let's heal him to death! (and if he doesn't die, we'll seer him and see what's what)
stever777 use Constrict, busdriving Rend onto Zellpher
Because surely Rend has received awesome power from the RNG once again and we can't let that go to waste
Peccavi use Pinning on Gumpy
We already have 100 life each, the max according to the OP, with villagers down as low as 25. I really don't see a need to let Gumpy upgrade monsters that could threaten us down the line.
Group Kill:
Use Assassinate on jackisreal
Just a feeling there. As with all of these targets, this is open to debate!

Also - I guess we need to sort out where our attacks are going as well. We can dish out 60 damage as a group, or split that up among 2 or more targets for less (but less chance of being action seered and being found working together)

Why should I seer Infidel? I'm willing to follow more experienced players but it might be too early to decide for sure. I would have said Gumpy but if Peccavi is talking then I'll try someone else.

Oh hey, we can use reversal on ourselves, and then attack the reversed member for 60 points of healing. That's pretty sweet.

Infidel is one of the most dangerous phalla vets out there, especially in faction games. In Phallakinetic Armageddon he was outed as a member of Pinnacle, and still manged to drive the bandwagon off of himself.
The only reason I'm not advocating killing him is the fact that he might be able to work with us.
